SHIPPING & TRACKING
Free shipping is available (see below). At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Your total shipping charges will be added at checkout, based on the shipping method you choose, and the weight and dimensions of the total order, and you will be provided with a tracking number once the product ships. Before tracking the package, please allow sufficient time for the package to be processed by the carrier, which may take up to 24 hours, once it leaves our warehouse. In some cases, it may take 1-2 business days for your order to be processed at our facility.
Residential Shipments Within the continental United States and Canada. Free FedEx ground shipping on orders over $99 is available. All orders are processed and shipped to customers within the United States and Canada during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Residential Shipments Outside the United States. Customers shipping to any country outside the United States are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or fees that may be incurred. Shipping schedules are otherwise the same as for domestic customers, but further subject to international restrictions and any delays that may be incurred once the package leaves our facility. Free shipping does not apply.
We make every effort to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. However events such as holidays, severe weather conditions, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can force exceptions to delivery schedules.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING
To qualify for same-day shipping, your order must be received and approved by 12 pm CST or your order may not be processed and shipped until the following business day. Same-day shipping is also subject to product availability. While due diligence will be exercised to process your order as expediently as possible, please understand that certain factors (as outlined above) may delay the process and that we are not responsible for such delays, whether due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances. Same-day shipping applies only to orders being shipped within the United States and Canada.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be satisfied with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
At Nady, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you can return your merchandise within 30 calendar days and we will refund the purchase price, less original shipping costs.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product that you purchased from the Nady Online Store:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Nady products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with the retailer’s respective returns and refunds policy.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please refer to the next section for more details.
- When returning merchandise for exchange or refund, said merchandise must be in the original packaging with all components that were provided with the merchandise (i.e., batteries, chargers, cables, instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc.).
- Returns must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Products no longer in resalable condition or damaged from use
- Clearance center merchandise
- Refurbished equipment

SHIPPING DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your package by opening shipping and retail boxes before accepting the delivery. Items may become damaged in transit even if the packaging does not show signs of damage. Do not accept delivery of packages that are visibly damaged without inspecting their contents. If any merchandise appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and write, “Refused due to damage” on the delivery receipt. Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your notes regarding the damage and contact our Customer Service Team immediately. Claims with outer packaging damage must be received within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please keep all packing materials and boxes until you confirm all contents are in good working condition. If you discover any missing items or damage to merchandise after the shipment was accepted, notify our Customer Service Team immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
The Nady Online Store will issue a credit to the original payment method for properly returned merchandise. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles after return of merchandise for the credit to be processed and visible on the applicable payment statement.
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account.
Shipping and handling charges on the original order will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective, as determined by Nady, in its sole discretion.
Payment for packages refused upon delivery will be refunded, less any shipping costs and fees incurred by Nady. If a package is refused due to damage in shipping, a replacement will be provided once the original is received by Nady.
PAYMENTS
The Nady Online Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payment options.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT DETAILS
You will not be billed for products purchased with a credit card until the products have shipped. Debit and Bank Check Cards (via PayPal) may be charged immediately upon order. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card or debit/bank card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
PAYPAL
PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, eCheck, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are not seen by the seller or merchant. Payments by eCheck are required to clear before your order is shipped.
If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process, then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment.
SALES TAX
Laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Illinois.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
By purchasing Nady products, whether you place your order with Nady’s Online Store or at an authorized dealer, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review Nady’s warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
WARRANTY SERVICE
We warrant that your product will be defect-free in materials and workmanship. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding any product’s merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. A warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; damage through abuse, neglect, misuse; or as a result of any accident, overloading, improper installation/misapplication, product alteration, improper operation, improper cleaning, improper handling, disassembly or attempted disassembly, or improper maintenance and repair. A warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. The warranty will not cover product failure because you broke it (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment, or for any of the foregoing reasons). Please do not attempt to disassemble, repair, otherwise physically alter the product, or interfere with the normal operation of the product as intended by Nady, as this will void the warranty.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option. If you return your product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. Replacement units that are sent for products that are returned to Nady after the first 30 days of purchase may be refurbished units of similar cosmetic wear.
